The Web Applications Developer will have responsibility for creation, enhancement and maintenance of web-based applications and services that allow customers to purchase, provision, manage and monitor their products and services.

As a member of the Enterprise Mobility Framework, you would be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the web-based application and services that lay's the foundation for a multi-product reusable architecture which provides a common web-based management console for all Motorola Good Technology Group's Products.

Required Experience:

• BE, MCA, MTech (IT) or equivalent with a good academic background
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience working with Java and J2EE architecture. (jdk1.4 and above)
• At least 2 yrs of working experience with JSP and STRUTS. Well conversant with MVC architecture, Tag libraries and CSS
• Well conversant with HTML, Servlets, JavaScript and XML. Knowledge of Ajax is plus
• Experience with SQL, Oracle, JDBC, and Hibernate (or equivalent O/R mapping tool e.g. TOPLink).
• Experience developing scalable web services (i.e. SOAP, WSDL, XMLl, XMLRPC)
• Experience with Unit testing framework like JUNIT
• 1-2 years of experience from any one or combined of the following application servers: JBoss, Weblogic or Websphere or Tomcat

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in Spring framework.
• Experience with Linux (or other Unix derivative) and relevant scripting language (preferably one of the Unix shells).
