Ingredients -- 2 cups of Suji
1 tomato finely chopped
1 medium onion finely chopped
2 green/red chillies finely chopped
1/2 green capsicum finely chopped
1 cup of natural yogurt
Curry leaves- 4-5, chopped
1/2 spoon of Eno or baking soda
Salt to taste
Method-- 1. Mix suji and curd and eno in one bowl. make the thick paste as all vegetables will be on one side that make thing heavy on one side
2. Heat a flat girdle and spread some oil.
3. Now add little bit curry leaves and rai to it. Now take a large spoonful and spread the mixture as around over the girdle. Sprinkle oil at the edges of the uttapam.Sprinkle vegetables on the top .
4. cook on simmer and then turm back when it becomes golden brown.
5. Cook it from both side
6. Serve it with nariayal chuttani or sauce
