Nariyal chutney..really tasty one..Smile

Ingredients:

 

1. Dried or fresh coconut (grated or cut it in small pieces) –1/2  or 1   medium
2. Bhuna chana or  chana dal(rosted) –1/2 cup
3. 3 green chilies, chopped (as per taste)
4. Plain curd(as per need to make chutni thick) – 4 tbs
5. tablespoon oil
6. salt to taste

7. Mustard seeds – 1 tsp

8. Curry leaves –1 tbs

     Method:

 

  1. Grind the coconut, curd, green chilli and bhuana chana in a mixer to make a paste.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves.
  3. When the seeds splatter, remove from gas.
  4. Pour over the chutney(tadka) and mix well.
  5. Chutney is ready to serve
