Intergradient:

Sabudana (Sago)- 250 gms
Boiled Potatoes -4-5 boiled
Green chilies -3
Red chilly powder- ¼ tsp
Salt to taste (sendha namak in case of fast)
Oil to fry


Method:
  • Soak the sabudana in equal amount of water for an hour.
  • Mash the boiled potatoes after peeling.
  • Now take the soaked sabudana, drain out the water and add the mashed potatoes, green chilies, salt to taste and little red chilly powder and mix this mixture well. Then take a drop of oil on your palms and make small round balls of this mixture and keep it aside.
  • Now heat oil in the kadahi. Add the balls prepared earlier in the oil and fry it till golden brown. Remove them from oil and put it on a tissue paper.
  • Serve it with green chutney.
